Jason Berckart
​Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Berckart is the founder and CEO of Redwood Private Security. Mr. Berckart founded Redwood Private Security after seeing a need in the security industry for a customer- and employee-centric company that was not exclusively focused on acquisitions and profits. Mr. Berckart brings over 25 years of industry experience from multiple positions and vertical markets. Mr. Berckart’s vision is to be a leader in the security industry with unmatched services.
Mr. Berckart’s background includes leadership roles such as Security Account Manager, Regional Manager, Area Vice President, and Training Instructor. He has managed complex operations across various industries and geographic regions.
As CEO, he oversees all facets of the company, including growth strategy, operations, employee relations, client satisfaction, and quality control. Mr. Berckart is a licensed Firearms Instructor in California and Nevada, allowing him to conduct in-house initial and in-service requalification and training of Redwood Private Security's armed personnel. His vision for RPS is centered on delivering unmatched, customized security services while fostering a culture of accountability, ethics, professionalism, and strong relationships—with both employees and clients at the core.

Timothy Barnthouse, CPA
​Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Barnthouse comes to Redwood Private Security with over 30 years of corporate accounting experience. Mr. Barnthouse's experience includes providing accounting services for several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Barnthouse holds a Certified Public Accountant credential and degree from San Diego State University.
Mr. Barnthouse oversees the day-to-day accounting operations at Redwood Private Security, including accounts receivable and accounts payable departments, tax compliance, and managing the general accounting of the company.

Stacie Watson
​Director of Marketing
With over 5 years of experience in sales and three years in marketing, Ms. Watson has built a career rooted in helping businesses grow and thrive. Ms. Watson previously led a marketing team that supported more than 300 clients in successfully growing their businesses. Ms. Watson’s passion for business growth and client success ultimately led her to branch off and start her own company, where she continued to empower entrepreneurs and business owners through strategic marketing and operational support.
Now at Redwood Private Security, she brings her knowledge of marketing, sales, and client relations to deliver white-glove service and build long-term partnerships. Ms. Watson’s vision is to ensure every client’s needs are met with care, urgency, and professionalism—especially those seeking effective, personalized security solutions.
Ms. Watson’s core skills include appointment setting, client service, quick thinking, multitasking, team leadership, HR management, audits, marketing strategy, and sales development. Ms. Watson thrives in fast-paced environments and is always eager to learn, improve, and help increase business.

Lyzette Cisneros
​Recruiting Manager
Ms. Cisneros is the Recruiting Manager for Redwood Private Security. Ms. Cisneros manages the advertising, requisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes for Redwood Private Security. Ms. Cisneros is also responsible for coordinating job fairs, and attending hiring events, where she seeks to match qualified job-seekers with the best-suited positions within the organization. 

Erica Hernandez
​General Manager - Northern California
Ms. Hernandez is the General Manager for Redwood Private Security's Northern California market. Ms. Hernandez came to Redwood Private Security after working in various security management roles with several different organizations, including two large national security companies. Ms. Hernandez has extensive experience managing field operations, and account management in the for various client types. Ms. Hernandez is a hands-on leader, with a dedication to her security team and clients.

Larry Krininger
General Manager - Southern California
Mr. Krininger is the General Manager for Redwood Private Security's Southern California market. Mr. Krininger came to Redwood Private Security after managing security services for over 35 years. Mr. Krininger brings over years of industry experience in field operations, and account and branch management. Mr. Krininger has managed security teams in several vertical markets in the southern California area. Mr. Krininger’s vision is to continue being a leader of a highly responsive, customer service-oriented security workforce.
